Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days are still ahead, but TCL is already giving shoppers a reason to start saving. The company has kicked off a round of early deals on tablets, smartphones, and earbuds, with savings of up to $150 off select devices. And there’s a bonus for tablet shoppers: every TCL NXTPAPER model comes with a free stylus and flip case.
If you’ve been waiting to upgrade a phone, add a new tablet for streaming, or pick up a pair of wireless earbuds, these discounts offer a chance to save before the main Prime Big Deal Days event even begins.
Why TCL’s NXTPAPER Is Different From Every Other Display
Most manufacturers chase peak brightness, but TCL went a different direction entirely by prioritizing how your eyes actually feel after hours of screen time.
NXTPAPER, launched in 2021, isn’t just another coating slapped on an LCD panel. It’s a layered hardware and software architecture built around three core innovations:
- Zero Flickering Technology: No more flicker headaches. Most screens blink brightness hundreds of times per second without you noticing. NXTPAPER uses DC dimming instead—smooth, steady, no hidden strobing. Big difference for sensitive eyes.
- TruePaper Restoration Technology: Real matte finish, not software tricks. A nano-etched layer cuts glare at the hardware level, so you can read outside without squinting. Colors stay vibrant too (unlike those yellow-tinted “eye care” modes everyone else uses).
- Blue Light Purification: Blue light, dialed down. Harmful blue light drops to 3.41% thanks to multi-layer filtration, which is not a filter slapped on top. You still get true-to-life colors, just less strain.
All of this is backed by 106 patents, 10 certifications, and 143 awards as of mid-2025, including TÜV Rheinland certification for circular polarization.
Whether you’re flipping through novels, annotating PDFs, sketching concepts, or binge-watching content during commutes, NXTPAPER delivers a screen you can use for extended periods without the familiar headache, dryness, or fatigue that ends most digital sessions.
