Kim Kardashian continues to keep Kanye West as a big part of her life.
The Kardashians star shared why she cares about her ex’s well-being as they co-parent kids North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8 and Psalm, 7, following their 2022 divorce.
“I worry about him all day. All the time. That’s the father of my kids, I’ll never not worry about him,” Kim explained in Citizen Kim, the new biography about her life written by journalist Jonathan Van Meter. “And that’s a big burden of having kids with someone who you don’t necessarily get along with.”
In fact, the 46-year-old emphasized that she is constantly asking herself, “Is the father of my kids going to be okay?”
So, in order to facilitate an “open door” of communication with the Grammy winner, Kim said she keeps her direct contact with Kanye minimal, noting, “I’ll communicate through his wife. Or through his friend who is also his manager.”
And the law student finds her methods to be successful, pointing to when she included the Watch the Throne artist’s partner Bianca Censori in overnight plans for Christmas, which she says resulted in the whole family spending the holiday together.
