Diego Pasillas had an embarrassing moment on Monday night’s (November 2) episode of Dancing with the Stars, but he recovered well!
The ensemble dancer slipped and fell on the ground during the Newsies-themed opening number. Diego took to social media to address the moment.
On Tuesday morning, he shared an Instagram video with a clip of his fall and said, “You guys, I just ate it on national television.”
Diego was good-natured about the incident though and used his video to demonstrate what the dance move was supposed to look like if it had been executed perfectly.
“This is what I was supposed to do,” he said, before demonstrating the movie. “The show must go on.”

Several of his fellow dancers laughed about the moment and he wrote, “LOLLLL the show must go on.”
“Honestly it was amazing lol almost more exciting to see you recover lol,” commented Amber Riley.
Jenna Dewan also wrote, “Up in quarter of a second !! That was iconic.”
