Captain Kerry Titheradge, his crew and a new group of charter guests are heading to Phuket, Thailand, for the first time since 2019 in a new season of Below Deck. Alongside returning chief stew Fraser Olender and second stew Rainbeau de Roos, viewers will see several new crew members join the team. Together, they’ll navigate the challenges of life on the luxurious motor yacht, from demanding guests and rollercoaster romances to the unpredictable nature of working at sea.
In this exclusive preview clip, the crew welcomes guests aboard Azul V as they prepare to kick off the charter season. While the guests explore the boat and take in the lavish accommodations, new chef Moe Vilomar settles into the kitchen and makes arrangements for the voyage ahead. Their excitement is short-lived, however, when an unexpected issue threatens to keep the yacht from even leaving the dock.
After Captain Titheradge attempts to start the boat, Alex Wright peers over the deck and radios him, “I am not seeing any wash from that, Captain.”
Captain Titheradge calls back on the walkie, “We just had our engine stall. We’re starting up again.”
With the guests already on board, Captain Titheradge explains why the situation is so serious. “It’s an older boat,” he says. “This uses compressed air to start the engine. We only have three starts per tank. If it stalls three times, it’s not starting the fourth time.”
Now, with the clock ticking and the guests waiting to begin their vacation, Captain Titheradge and his crew have to figure out how to get the yacht moving.
Will they be able to start the engine and finally set sail? Tune in to the Below Deck Season 13 premiere Monday, October 12, at 8 PM on Bravo to find out!
