Is anyone else missing the Madison River Valley?
A slew of Paramount+ heavyweights recently returned. Dexter Morgan is back to his old ways on the new season of Dexter: Resurrection; Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King is back for a fourth season of action; and the fourth and final season of Yellowjackets is set to premiere later this month.
Plus, the season finale of MobLand is set to debut on Friday, November 20.
One title that’s missing from our intro is Taylor Sheridan’s The Madison.
Starring Michelle Pfeiffer, the six-episode debut season aired in March, and fans are more than ready for a return trip. What does the future hold for this scenic Paramount+ favorite? When do we expect The Madison to be back for Season 2?

Will There Be Another Season of The Madison?
You bet! Paramount has renewed The Madison for Seasons 2 and 3!
When Does The Madison Season 2 Come Out on Paramount+?
Paramount+ has yet to announce an official premiere date, but the second season of The Madison has already been shot.
“The first season was a lot of grief and upheaval,” series star Beau Garrett told Deadline in June. “Now we’re settling into Montana in Season 2, and I think that there’s a lot that comes with that… There’s going to be stuff that comes up as time goes on.”
It’s also interesting to note that during a May 2026 interview with The Playlist, The Madison star Ben Schnetzer revealed that he’s scheduled to start shooting Season 3 at “the top of ’27,” adding that they’re timing it with the rollout of “when they drop Season 2.”
Both January and February 2027 are in play, but it’s important to note that it was recently revealed that the fifth and final season of Mayor of Kingstown debuts January 15, 2027, on Paramount+. In an effort to spread out their bigger shows, I could see the streamer holding the second season of The Madison for a February release.
Either way, our best guess is that Season 2 of The Madison will drop in early 2027 on Paramount+.
